ABOUT ME

I wish to introduce myself as highly qualified and extensively trained Mental Health Professional of 23 years, with a comprehensive background in hospital and community based mental health services.

 


 

 I have operated as a private practitioner, within my own premise, since 2005. I provide counselling, therapy, and treatment based on the sound psychological principle that our thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs influence the way we feel and behave. To complement therapy I can also offer Clinical Hypnotherapy for stress management or, if desired, for more targeted goals.
